Welcome back to another episode & another Massage Boss
Story!
In today's episode, I'll be sharing the first recording of the
Massage Boss Story series. Originally, I wanted to talk to people
who are just quietly running or managing their own businesses and
doing it well.
So today's episode, I sat down with Julie Leppert, who's actually
not the owner, but she is someone who is acting as a manager or
effectively running the day-to-day operations of the business.
She's been at the Z Salon & Spa in Louisville, Kentucky for eight
years, where she's helped build up this practice through a place
where we had therapists kind of taking naps in the middle of the
day, a place with no leadership in a place that people didn't
necessarily want to work and wasn't really well known to a really
commendable place that is known in the area.
